I am Gitali, the girl in black - and with me are my parents, Ritu and Rajesh, the founders of Dilliwale and Chaska.
Long story short, we were sitting in our living room (us three and my brother, Yash) during covid in early 2021, dad deep in finance has been wanting to dive into the business world, mom has always been passionate about food and created quite a buzz with her home food testing, I had just finished my masters in marketing, Yash was pursuing his bachelors in tech, so we collectively decided and jumped into the F&B world, with 0% F&B background, 100% conviction, sweat and passion, and 200% love for the food from our hometown, Delhi, also known as the 'Food Capital of India'.
9 months later, in October 2021 we delivered Dilliwale. After receiving an outpouring amount of love for Dilliwale, in November 2023, we opened 'Chaska'. It's like a younger sibling of Dilliwale. To know more about Dilliwale:
